I offer Agile behavioural coaching, organisational design and training. I’m here to help your technical teams work better together to create new outcomes for your business. I do that by drawing on over a decade of experience as an agile project manager, scrum master, behavioural coach, trainer, linguist, university lecturer and keynote speaker.

Organisational Design

Working together could involve leadership coaching to foster transformational leadership and succession planning, team-building workshops to improve collaboration and conflict resolution, or change management strategies to cultivate a thriving organizational culture. I also support process improvements, innovation workshops, and individual development through tailored mentoring and performance coaching programs. Ultimately, my goal is to help organizations not only improve their processes but also invest in their people, creating an environment where both can flourish.
