It's all just as bad as you think it is: A message of hope in turbulent times - Agile Manchester 2025

After decades of stability, prosperity and success we've been hit but a bit of a curve-ball - ngl, it's been a bit of a sh***er.

So, walk with me as I look at where our field is right now, the impact of that on our ways of thinking and our ability to come up with the creative options for ourselves, our teams and our work.

We'll rustle around the neuroscience of perception, creativity and stress; what psychological safety really means in this space, and how to not feel like you're drowning. We'll use that to look at what could be possible given where we are and walk away with the ability to breathe a little more easily.
